This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and RAM NIKHIL CHIMMANI (Filegami) governing your use of the Filegami desktop application ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
Filegami grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, install, and use the Application on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

The Application and all copies thereof are proprietary to RAM NIKHIL CHIMMANI (Filegami) and title thereto remains with Filegami. All rights in the Application not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Filegami. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Application is transferred to you.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Filegami does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Filegami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or files, arising out of your use or inability to use the Application. The Application is provided free of charge.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Filegami regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements.
